Akio Otsuka
Akio Ōtsuka (born November 24, 1959, Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese actor. The astringent and calm quality of his deep voice has landed him many roles in films, dubbing, animation, and video games.
He is the son of Chikao Ōtsuka, who was also a renowned voice actor.
