Bettsy

Bessie is a minor character from Howl's Moving Castle directed by Hayao Miyazaki of Studio Ghibli. She works in Sophie's hat shop Hatter's.

At the beginning of the movie, she talks to Sophie that she is gonna close the shop soon. As she go back to her coworkers, who call after Howl, seeing his moving castle.
