The Crystal Dagger is an item seen in the film Princess Mononoke.
Its primary usage is not for combat, but San tried topay Eboshi with it and then bought a diamond necklace with it.
Kaya gives the dagger to Ashitaka before he leaves his village. Later on in the story, Ashitaka gives it to San. It is used to show the bond between two people. Kaya gives it to Ashitaka, as a way of saying that she loves him.[1]
