Kuwan is an autonomous state in the Periphery [1]. It is along the Inland Sea, between the Toxic Jungle and the Torumekian Capital City of Tolas.
Kuwan is part of the treaty with the Kingdom of Torumekia and required to bring a gunship and contingent when called on by the Vai Emperor. No specific gunship or chieftain is identified in the narrative.
