Obaba also known Old Lady is a character in Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind. She is aunt of Nausicaä.

She is a blind old woman who also appears to be the wise woman of the Valley of the Wind.

Obaba was provided the voice by Hisako Kyoda, Mona Marshall in the Warriors of the Wind dub version, and Tress MacNeille in Disney version.
