Sōsuke's House is his and his parents' (Lisa and Koichi's) house. Later, Ponyo ends up living there, too. The house sits on top of a tall hill.
Koichi lives there, but he is more often spending his time out at sea, as he is in the navy. From the house, Sosuke and Lisa can signal to him by using a light that shines out to sea, where Koichi can signal back.
When Ponyo is brought into the house with Sōsuke and Lisa, she has some honey-laced tea with them, and later, bowls of ramen, with her favorite food, ham. She falls asleep, however, so Lisa tucks her in on the sofa. Fujimoto sneaks his way to the house to discover that his daughter has turned into a human.
