Flying City Planning (空飛ぶ都市計画 , Soratobu Toshi Keikaku) is a single by CAPSULE whose music video was directed by Yoshiyuki Momose, animated by Studio Kajino and produced by Yamaha Music Communications. It premiered alongside the 2005 film Touch (タッチ), based on a manga by Mitsuru Adachi. The song was released on the mini-album AEROPOLIS by the now-defunct Contemode label on September 10, 2005.

It is the final entry in a SF trilogy which includes, Space Station No. 9 and Portable Airport.

Following the release of Space Station No. 9 and Portable Airport, Flying City Planning is the fifth entry of electronic band CAPSULE and its producer Yasutaka Nakata's popular analog series. The single's name is the English translation of the title song Soratobu Toshi Keikaku. The plot has been described as a 'love romance set in the near future that people imagined in the 1960s'.

It premiered in theatres before the live-action adaptation of the manga Touch by Mitsuru Adachi. The single version of Soratobu Toshi Keikaku was released in the mini-album AEROPOLIS on September 7, 2005, and sold for ¥1,430.[1]
