Tenar (テナー, Tenā) is a character of Tales from Earthsea. She is a farm lady who lives on a cottage on grassland, and is also the patron of Therru.
Appearance[]
She once was a priestess at the tombs of Atuan where she met Ged whom had led her to freedom from the place. Much later she takes in Therru who has suffered abuse and burns from her parents whom had abandoned her. Later she is kidnapped by Hare who was sent by Cob as bait to lure Sparrow Hawk to Cob's castle. Later she and Sparrow Hawk are freed thanks to Arren and Therru.
