Tina Fey (born Elizabeth Stamatina Fey on May 18, 1970, in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania) is an Emmy, Golden Globe, and Screen Actors Guild Award-winning American actress, comedienne, writer, and producer who is known as the writer and actress of the 2004 teen movie Mean Girls as Ms. Norbury. She voiced the character of Lisa, Sōsuke's mother and Koichi's wife, in the English dub of Ponyo.
