Toei Company, Ltd. (東映株式会社, Tōei Kabushiki gaisha), is a Japanese film, television production, and distribution corporation. It is one of the four members of the Motion Picture Producers Association of Japan (MPPAJ) alongside Toho, Shochiku and the Kadokawa Corporation. The company is known for being the parent company of Toei Animation and has distributed three of Studio Ghibli's films to Japanese cinemas: Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, Castle in the Sky and Kiki's Delivery Service.
