Tsuge is a minor character in The Cat Returns. He is a friend of Haru, Hiromi, and Machida.
He attends the same school as Haru Yoshioka, Chika, Hiromi, and Machida. It is not known whether they are all in the same class. Tsuge is mentioned twice in the film. He can only be seen at the table tennis tournament, where he wins a match. Hiromi is accompanied by Chika. Hiromi is dying to watch the tournament to cheer on her crush, Tsuge. She even asks Haru to take over her cleaning duties.
