The Yuna (or "Bath Women") are women who live and work at the Bathhouse. They do many jobs such as waiting on customers, preparing and serving food, and cleaning. They are the spirits of slugs. They showed cold faces towards Chihiro Ogino (Sen) upon her arrival, but became more supporting of her throughout the film, evident by their cheering for her after she helped the Unnamed River Spirit and successfully completed Yubaba's final challenge.
